Electronic card shufflers and electronic card shoes deployed in casinos in Singapore must be secure, reliable and auditable, so as to ensure honest gaming. The Singapore Technical Standards for Electronic Card Shufflers and Electronic Card Shoes describes key technical standards that serve to achieve this.
 
The Gambling Regulatory Authority of Singapore (the “Authority”) has published a revised version of the Singapore Technical Standards For Electronic Card Shufflers and Electronic Card Shoes, Version 3.2, on 21 September 2026 (the “Publication Date”). All industry players must comply with the Singapore Technical Standards for Electronic Card Shufflers and Electronic Card Shoes Version 3.2 with effect from 21 September 2026 (the “Effective Date”).
 
The Singapore Technical Standards for Electronic Card Shufflers and Electronic Card Shoes is a collective result of active participation of industry stakeholders via the Authority’s industry consultation process. Valuable input has been provided by our various regulatory counterparts. We thank all our regulatory counterparts and industry stakeholders for their valuable input and feedback.
