Under Section 73 of the Gambling Control Act 2022 (GCA), a gaming machine supplier is required to obtain the approval of the Gambling Regulatory Authority (GRA) for any gaming machine, gaming machine game and peripheral equipment for gaming machine
Entities who wish to submit an application can write to GRA at gamingtech@gra.gov.sg.
