Games Rules for Casinos (RWS)
Under Section 100 of the Casino Control Act 2006, a casino operator is required to obtain the approval of the Gambling Regulatory Authority (GRA) for the games that may be played in a casino, their mode of play and game rules.
Prior to 31 January 2013, the approval of the games that may be played in a casino, their mode of play and game rules were approved pursuant to the Casino Control (Approved Games — Resorts World Sentosa) Orders and the (Amendment) Orders. These Orders were revoked on 31 January 2013 via the Casino Control (Approved Games – Resorts World Sentosa) (Revocation) Order 2013.
With effect from 31 January 2013, the games that may be played in a casino, their mode of play and game rules are approved by GRA via a notice in writing, issued pursuant to section 100(1) of the Casino Control Act 2006.
