Gaming Equipment
All gaming equipment used in the two casinos in Singapore must be designed and manufactured to allow operations of the casinos to be conducted in a manner that is honest, secure, auditable and reliable. Gaming equipment is approved by the Gambling Regulatory Authority of Singapore under section 102(2) of the Casino Control Act 2006. The Casino Control (Gaming Equipment) Regulations 2009 sets out details of the approval regime and other requirements which gaming equipment for use in any casino must comply with. In particular, under regulation 20(2) of the Casino Control (Gaming Equipment) Regulations 2009, the GRA has issued the following notices setting out certain requirements that gaming equipment for use in any casino must comply with.
