Request for Investigation by a GRA Inspector
If you would like to request for a GRA Inspector to investigate into a patron dispute, you may
- submit the request online OR
- submit a completed Casino Patron Dispute Form to GRA via the following channels:

Investigation Process
A GRA Inspector may investigate into a patron dispute and determine whether payment should be made.
The time taken by a GRA Inspector to investigate a patron dispute will depend on the nature and complexity of the dispute and will vary from case to case. The GRA Inspector may contact you to verify or obtain additional information, where needed.
You will be informed of the GRA Inspector’s decision in writing.
If you are not satisfied with the decision of the GRA Inspector, you may make a request to the Patron Dispute Committee to reconsider the decision via the Request for Reconsideration Form within 30 days after the date of the GRA Inspector’s decision.
