Request for Reconsideration of a GRA Inspector’s Decision

If you would like to request the Patron Dispute Committee to reconsider a GRA Inspector's decision, you may request for a copy of the Reconsideration Form from the Inspector-in-charge of your dispute to GRA. All requests to reconsider the GRA Inspector's decision must be made within 30 days of the GRA Inspector’s decision.

Reconsideration Process

The reconsideration request will be looked into by the Patron Dispute Committee, which is an independent committee appointed by GRA under Section 112(4) of the Casino Control Act 2006, and comprises persons who are not officers, employees or members of GRA. 

The time taken by the Patron Dispute Committee to look into the request will depend on the nature and complexity of the dispute and will vary from case to case. You will be notified on the decision of the Patron Dispute Committee in writing.

You may request to explain your case in person before the Patron Dispute Committee.

If you are not satisfied with the decision of the Patron Dispute Committee, you may make an appeal to GRA via the Appeal Form which can be requested for from the Patron Dispute Committee Secretariat. All appeals must be made within 30 days of the Patron Dispute Committee’s decision.
