Request for Reconsideration of a GRA Inspector’s Decision

If you would like to request the Patron Dispute Committee to reconsider a GRA Inspector's decision, please send the completed Reconsideration Form to GRA within 30 days after the date of the GRA Inspector’s decision.

You may send the Reconsideration Form to GRA via the following channels:

Reconsideration Process

The reconsideration request will be looked into by the Patron Dispute Committee, which is an independent committee appointed by GRA under Section 112(4) of the Casino Control Act 2006, and comprises persons who are not officers, employees or members of GRA. 

The time taken by the Patron Dispute Committee to look into the request will depend on the nature and complexity of the dispute and will vary from case to case. You will be notified on the decision of the Patron Dispute Committee in writing.

You may request to explain your case in person before the Patron Dispute Committee.

If you are not satisfied with the decision of the Patron Dispute Committee, you may make an appeal to GRA via the Appeal Form within 30 days of the Patron Dispute Committee’s decision.
