Electronic Dice Tumblers deployed in Singapore must be secure, reliable and auditable, so as to ensure honest gaming. The Singapore Technical Standards for Electronic Dice Tumblers describes key technical requirements that serve to achieve this.

The Gambling Regulatory Authority of Singapore (the “Authority”) has published the first version of the Singapore Technical Standards for Electronic Dice Tumblers, Version 1.0 on 13 July 2026 (the “Publication Date”). All industry players must comply with Version 1.0 of the Singapore Technical Standards for Electronic Dice Tumblers with effect from 14 July 2026 (the “Effective Date”).

The Singapore Technical Standards for Electronic Dice Tumblers is a culmination of extensive research by GRA, with contributions and feedback from our various overseas counterparts and industry stakeholders that we have engaged in our consultation process. We thank our counterpart regulators and industry stakeholders for their valuable contributions and feedback.
