Gaming equipment deployed in Singapore for EGM-based community gaming must be secure, reliable and auditable, so as to ensure honest gaming. The Singapore Technical Standards for EGM-based Community Games describes key technical requirements that serve to achieve this.

The Gambling Regulatory Authority of Singapore (the “Authority”) has published a revised version of the Singapore Technical Standards For EGM-based Community Games, Version 1.2, on 21 September 2026 (the “Publication Date”). All industry players must comply with the Singapore Technical Standards for EGM-based Community Games Version 1.2 with effect from 21 September 2026 (the “Effective Date”).

The Singapore Technical Standards for EGM-based Community Games is a culmination of extensive research by GRA, with contributions and feedback from our various overseas counterparts and industry stakeholders that we have engaged in our consultation process. We thank our counterpart regulators and industry stakeholders for their valuable contributions and feedback.
