Appeal Against Patron Dispute Committee’s Decision
If you would like to appeal against the Patron Dispute Committee’s decision, you may request for a copy of the Appeal Form from the Patron Dispute Committee Secretariat. All appeals must be made within 30 days of the Patron Dispute Committee’s decision.

Appeal Process
The appeal will be considered by the GRA Board. The time taken by the GRA Board to consider the appeal will depend on the nature and complexity of the dispute and will vary from case to case. You will be notified on the decision of your appeal in writing.
The appeal shall be made via the Appeal Form. There will be no hearing before the GRA Board. GRA Board may confirm, vary or reverse the decision of the Patron Dispute Committee. The decision of the GRA Board is final.
